We have the Victory!

 

We fully believe in ONE God. We fully believe that the one God was inside of Christ. We fully believe Jesus Christ, who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person expressed the will of the one God. We fully believe that Jesus Christ is the only person in the Godhead (II Corinthians 5:19; Hebrews 1:3 & Colossians 1:15). We believe Jesus Christ was at birth God’s son (St. Luke 1:35) Son ship (St. Matthew 1:15).

 

We are Apostolic. Apostolic = teaching of Jesus Christ, handed down to us by His Apostles. Apostolic doctrine and fellowship according to the bible, our creed, discipline, rules of order and doctrine is the word of God as taught and revealed by the Holy Ghost.

 

To become a member of the Victory Orthodox Apostolic Faith Church, one must meet or have met the requirements sat down by Jesus Christ. “Ye must be born again” (St. John 3:3-5; Acts 2:38 & acts 2:4). We fully believe a person cannot simply join the church, but must be born into the church.

 

Baptism: We fully believe to administer baptism by emersion “In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of Sins” (Acts 2:38).

 

The Holy Ghost: We fully believe the initial sign of it is speaking in tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance (Acts 2:4, 10:46, 19:6).
